The schedule of ABM Competitions for 2023

The Medical Research Agency has announced the schedule of Competitions for the coming year.

The total funds allocated for the planned Competitions in 2023 is PLN 750 million.

It is planned to launch 5 Competitions in the following thematic areas:

• Competition for the creation and development of the Digital Medicine Centres Network within the ABM Clinical Trials Support Centres Network,
• An open competition for the implementation of epidemiological studies on multimorbidity,
• An open competition for the implementation of research experiments on medical devices and/or medical procedures, in particular for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes,
• Competition for entrepreneurs for the development or adaptation of medical devices for the needs of military medicine, with particular emphasis on battlefield medicine,
• An open competition for entrepreneurs to develop new or improve already approved antibiotics, chemotherapeutics or combination formulas, as well as phage therapies used to treat bacterial infections.
